Every 90 days, we host a global writing challenge, open to all authors at any genre and skill level. The goal is simple: to help you write more stories and meet fellow fiction authors.
Writing is awesome! But it can also be lonely.
We want to help change that with the power of Storytellers Rule the World Sprints.

But wait… what will these writing challenges be?
Each writing challenge will have daily sprints in Discord, posts in our Facebook Groups, and craft webinars + sprints live on Zoom.
Here are the specific challenges 👀…
Winter of Writing ❄️ (month-long event in January): set a sustainable writing practice that you can keep up for the rest of the year. Authors select their desired word count and/or writing goal for the month, and together we all stick to it!
Spring into Serials 🌸 (first two weeks of April): write a new episode/chapter of your serial every day for two weeks straight.
Scribbling through Summer 🌻 (the month of July): write 60,000 words in the first 30 days of July and celebrate on the last day of July with writers all over the world. 2,000 words per day… you can do it!
Fall into Fiction 🍁 (the last two weeks of October): a marketing sprint! Market your books for 1 hour per day for the last two weeks of October to set your stories up for success with the busy holiday book season.

That’s why we created the Storytellers Rule the World Sprints Directory to help anyone start a writing sprint group and discover new writing sprint groups to participate in.
These groups are NOT run by the Storytellers Rule the World or Ream Team and are not affiliated with Storytellers Rule the World in any way. They are separate servers/groups for writers to connect, and we wanted to make it easy for authors to create and start writing communities.
